Answer:	I found an answer from Apr 4, 2015 - Chris C. wrote, "This is a comb binder only, you would need to purchase a specific binder for wire. One we carry and recommend is the Fellowes Quasar Wire." Another person said this binder is for plastic combs only.

I still use it to bind together materials that I make myself, but it did not solve the problem I originally purchased it for.

Answer:	You can add more pages but it's labor intensive. You have to remove the current binding, add the pages and rebind. You may be able to put the book and binding back on the machine, carefully put the new pages on top and close the binding up again. This also depends where in the book you want to add new pages since you will have to manually put on the backend wherever you are in the book.

Answer:	I use the plastic comb with this machine. I have never tried a double wire comb so I don't know if it will work. A spiral binding cone will not work.

Answer:	No - The largest you can bind is A4 which is about 12" wide.
Question:	If I needed to change a page in the middle of the already bound booklet - would it be easy to do
Answer:	It is possible. I thought this was a good question so I went to "unbind" a booklet and then rebind it. You can place the booklet behind the tines (in a position where the rings open toward you) and then open and close the rings. After they close, remove the booklet. It is easy to pull the back binding comb off. Then you can fix the pages and rebind in the usual way. It may be possible just to pull the comb off the booklet, without the first step, but the comb came off the pages easily after they were flexed back and forth.
Question:	can i punch 11" x 17" paper
Answer:	You can punch the 11" side. The 17" will not enter machine. However if you fold 17 to 8.5 the you can punch as a folded piece. Set your edge control and punch using fold side for guide. When you open it you have a 17" punched sheet. Lots of luck and patience. ShellyA

Answer:	Google for 3:1 spiral binding - make SURE it's 3:1, that's what size this is. The largest I've found is 60mm / 2 inches, which says it will hold 440 pages. Only warning - spiral binding can take a little bit more time to install, but the flexibility in size and color and price makes it worth it for us.

Answer:	I don't think so. This is just the hole punch. I did buy two boxes of the spines (in two different sizes) and they both came with the appropriate opening/closing tool for the spines in the box. I'm not sure exactly what "editing" you want to do with this, but this is just the hole punch for binding papers. It's not for actually publishing them.
Question:	Does it punch through lamination easily
Answer:	With the manual Pro-click desktop binding I can punch thru a 11.5 photo paper laminated with a 3 mil hot lamination sheet but one at a time and pushing the machine towards the wall as support. Because it is thick material I have someone holding the laminated photo paper in place and I do a strong chick pass. If you don't hold well the sheet in place it will come off in one corner. for regular 24 lb inkjet paper I only put in 3 sheets at a time, tried 5 sheets and I had trouble. Question:	It says here that you can bind up to 450 pages, I’m creating a planner and mines is 116 pages and 20-30 to still bind , so what am I doing wrong
Answer:	How many pages you combine depend on comb size used. Make sure you have the large size combs to bind larger books. The combs are sold separate from the binding machine. The larger combs are not included in the sample packet sent with binding machine, only small comb samples are sent with it.
Question:	What’s the difference between 21 hole and 19? I am trying to find a good quality binding machine that can bind books that are about 1” thick
Answer:	21 hole is for legal paper. I buy 21 and cut what i do not need

Answer:	Although a 12" long pc of paper will fit in the machine the holes punched will only span about 11".... it will punch thru construction paper no problem, but probably only a few sheets at once. If your binding along the 9" edge it will work no problem...

Answer:	I have no solution for this, The rubber drum on the top of the machine should turn when turned on. If there is no rotation I would think there might be something disconnected or inoperative. I would think you could send the machine back and have another sent to you, if repairs are need they will be Able to make the at the shipping point. Answer:	There is a limit to supply and demand these are hardley worth MSRP. Definitely not double. Ill buy when the price comes down to or below MSRP.

Answer:	It's scalper pricing. They use bots to auto-buy items the instant they come in stock, and then they turn around and sell them online for massive profits. Sometimes 2 or 3 times MRSP. Since everything is out of stock right now, due to global issues stemming in part from the pandemic, these scalpers can catch innocent buyers off-guard. They search for a better price online but see the same exorbitant prices everywhere and assume that must just be the MSRP. This is exacerbated by the fact that Trump's tariffs also had an exclusionary clause that expired at the end of 2020. This means that companies obviously pass that extra cost on to us, so tons of computer hardware is 5 to 25% more expensive now. Everything sold by honest retailers is out of stock because of scalpers and cryptominers, but if you're diligent and FAST, it is possible to secure a card at MSRP. Please do not pay scalpers.

Answer:	Supply and Demand... they know that right now if they charge these insane prices someone will be desperate enough to buy it because the "I need it now" mentality and the "Flex" mentality is real. Until something happens that makes this price gouging completely unacceptable Amazon and these sellers will keep this train going as long as possible. But it's insane to actually charge so much for the card, you're better off going to to a build site and spending $200-$300 more for a complete build with a 3090 inside.

Question:	Can you use spirals instead of combs
Answer:	Cold, warm and hot.
Question:	What kind of combs is this compatible with? (Plastic or Wire
Answer:	It is fairly light, not heavy at all. It is also fairly quiet on the "low" setting, not so much for the "high" setting. I sampled several blowdryers in store before purchasing and then chose this one b/c it is not very heavy and the low setting works very well for my fine hair compared to other dryers that blow my hair away.
Question:	Will this machine use other brands of combs besides GBC brands
Answer:	The hairdryer comes with a diffuser. It's in the box. I've purchased several of them through the years and do use a diffuser, as well.
Question:	What is the maximum comb size for the GBC C
Answer:	Probably never. High end video cards are in extremely short supply. Huge shortage of chips by video chip makers. If you want this card for it's performance (and it's great). You better get one while you can and not worry about what color it is. Just be glad you can get one at all. I hope this helps Darrell INPC.
