Answer:	The label says up to 65 lbs, but I don’t think I would put in that much. It does seem like a sturdy cart (especially with the lid), but I would not risk it. For one thing, the cart itself weighs 9 or 10 lbs so if you have to lift it fully loaded (like to put in your trunk), that’s close to 75 lbs. Additionally, lifting awkwardly with that much weight might cause torque that may break it.

Each self is crammed and I mean crammed full of bottle (glass) sauces, boxed items, spices, coffee (48oz tubs), all shapes and sizes items and it’s holding strong. Easily moves under the weight. I’m going to guess with what I’m storing, 20, maybe 25 pounds max per shelf.
