Answer:	I second what Gene Messina had to say. The other thing you might try is removing ac power from the base and then powering it back up. Also remove and reinsert the battery in the head set. I can remember having problems, but it has been so long ago I've forgotten the details. The other thing might be to unregister all the devices and reregister them. Answer:	I just called the ATT support line and they told me that this model headset is ONLY compatible with ATT phones. I have a Panasonic DECT 6.0 phone and it will NOT pair. I'm very frustrated. This was not clear in the description. Also, this headset doesn't have bluetooth capabilities.

Answer:	Yes! It can help me a lot. When I am not at home and my dog does bad things, I can control it through two-way audio! It is my good assistant.
Question:	does this phone system require a splitter in order for the two lines to work
Answer:	Yes, you can turn on/off motion and sound detection. You can schedule notifications to happen during certain periods of time and at certain time intervals. You can also define the detection area within the camera's field of view.
Question:	To be clear: the cordless handset has a port for a headset? Or is it on the base
Answer:	You don't want a SD card anyway, you will need a MICRO SD card, as that is the only size that will fit. Takes up to 128 GB MICRO SD card.
Question:	How is the sound quality/volume when using the speaker on the base unit? The Panasonic unit I have now is terrible in this regard. Thanks

Answer:	CM18445 can potentially work with VoIP; however, you would need to research the VoIP features to avoid conflicts with the phone's auto attendant.
Question:	Does this phone just need a dial tone to operate? will it work with time warner cable service
Answer:	It needs to have dial tone to make outside calls, but I believe it will work handset-to-handset without phone lines connected. Yes, we have it working on two customers using Time Warner. As long as the carrier provides "POTS" or analog phone line for you to connect to, it should work with any carrier.
Question:	How do you turn off voicemail & Auto attendant
Answer:	Brian - Press MENU/SELECT. Press Arrow UP or Down until you see Line Mode, then press MENU/SELECT. Scroll up or down to select the desired line or All Lines, then press MENU/SELECT. Scroll up or down to select No Answer, then press MENU/SELECT to confirm.

Answer:	You can choose what callers hear when being placed on hold.If you want callers on hold to hear one of the three default music that comes with the telephone, select the desired music (M.O.H. 1 - M.O.H. 3) in the M.O.H. source menu.If you want callers on hold to hear audio or music from an audio source that you recorded in the console using the audio cable, select Recorded M.O.H. in the M.O.H. source menu.If you want callers to hear audio directly streamed into the telephone, connect an audio source, such as a computer, mobile phone or MP3 player, to the console using the audio cable.

Question:	Can the landline phone be mounted to the wall and if so, how many inches does it stick out from the wall
Answer:	We have not had an outage since I have owned this, but since it is a land-line phone I assume the phone will work on the old type phone lines, but maybe not the answering unit. (This is why some keep a landline phone for another kind of security.) I am definitely not a techie so double check this.
Question:	Does the base unit have to be plugged in for caller id
Answer:	The remote handset no but has speaker phone. The base has the plug in handset which can be removed so I am assuming a headset jack that can answer and hang up the phone may work
Question:	Does this come with the charger adapter that plugs into an outlet
Answer:	I don't see one on the base or hands-free sets.
Question:	Corded base works during a power failure
Answer:	I can confirm, except for the cordless handset, yes, it does! We don't have reliable power in the deep cold of winter or the hottest times in summer, which is why we always keep a landline. It won't work if your phones company is cable, however. Nor will you see the displays when the electric goes out but, this type of phone is essential for potential emergencies.
