Answer:	I’m not aware of a phone like this. We have taken digital conference phones and installed a digital to analog converter to make them work but you lose a lot of the of the digital bells and whistles.

Answer:	If you have SIP licenses, you can use it with a Cisco phone system. It is a SIP phone, so it is not designed to need another phone.

Answer:	When the wireless mics are in their home charging position on the main unit then they are automatically turned off and using the main mic.

Answer:	Not sure what you mean by "old phone" but this is used in addition to the normal one person to one person phone. it is designed to be used in a group setting so that multiple people and speak/listen to one or more people on a call.
Question:	Haw many incoming callers can join the confererence
Answer:	The VCS702 will be able to do one incoming caller. If your line is configured for 3 Way Calling, you can call one person, do a flash hook, call another person, do another flash hook and conference all 3 parties together. The other way to have more incoming callers join is to use a conference bridge service and then you would only be limited by the number of incoming callers of the bridge service. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes, this phone should work with the Ring Central BYOD plan. You'll need to gain the SIP credentials, then provision it yourself though. This shouldn't be hard if you can follow basic instructions.
Question:	is this phone cordless
Answer:	No. It is a SIP-based (VoIP) phone and it requires an ethernet connection to the LAN. It is powered by PoE. We found that our PoE switches in the server room did not supply the unit with enough power and we had to use the PoE injector provided with the phone. We made the assumption it could be powered with our PoE switches, but the documentation clearly states that it can't. That was our bad. We were able to put the PoE injector in the server room so that in the conference room the phone only has the ethernet connection to the floor jack. Very clean solution. BTW, we have an onsite ShoreTel phone system, so the addition of the non-ShoreTel SIP phone required a SIP device license key ($15). The 4 microphones ARE wireless and the sound quality is excellent compared with our old analog Polycom conference phones. I highly recommend this phone.
Question:	Will this work on a regular phone line
Answer:	The "regular phone line" they call "analog." Their analog product is the VCS702 which has 1 fixed microphone and 2 wireless microphones. The VCS704 has 2 fixed microphones and 4 wireless microphones. But, best I can tell, they do NOT support Bluetooth like this SIP phone does. So, if you want a VTech Bluetooth conference/speaker phone, then you have to get this SIP one...which is annoying. I can't find a quality analog conference phone (regular phone line) that also supports Bluetooth.
