Answer:	Generally speaking..... Cordless phone headsets use 2.5 and Cell phones uses 3.5. Seems last couple of years many manufacturers have eliminated cordless headset jacks. Which is the reason I switched from Uniden to a Panasonic cordless phone/headset which I actually like much better. I don't see a headset jack on the Uniden 1600 but I could be wrong.

Answer:	Yes it has 2 holes on the back to wall mount but I wouldn't. It would stick out way too far and look awkward. I measured mine & it total depth is 4 1/2 inches.
