Only the stainless steel sets will work on induction. Both the Hard Anodized II and the Porcelain Enamel II have an aluminum base construction which will NOT work on induction. My local Macy's store sells the full line of Rachael Ray cookware. I took a strong magnet to the store with me and tried it on multiple sets of cookware in order to find a large non-stick stockpot that would work on induction. Although I knew the magnet would not work on the Rachael Ray non-stick but I tried it anyway and sure enough it would not stick to any of her non-stick cookware. The magnet worked well on her stainless set. |

I sent a couple of the really bad pieces back to Meyer Corporation and they did not replace them nor honor the warrantee. They said that I had used too high of a heat and that I used the improper utensils. I used medium to low heat because I have a gas stove and I bought and used Rachel Rays nylon cooking utensils. I am a senior citizen and have had many types of cookware over the years; many coated with Teflon and other non-stick products. I had never had this happen before. I can't afford to be buying cookware every 6 months. So, I will never buy anything distributed by Meyer Corporation and I hope Rachel Ray is aware of this so that her reputation is not tarnished by such bad products which bear her name. |

| Answer: | As far as I can tell, it can either be placed on a flat surface or mounted on a wall bracket that has one standard circular metal post. But it does not include the wall piece that has the mounting post and the receptacle for the phone line. Also, for a wall mounting you will probably want a short (about 8 inches) phone line which, to the best of my recollection, is not included. |

| Answer: | Jen, unfortunately this specific wall mount does not have any ratings yet and provides no extra details other than it will come out from the wall after it is mounted 2.5. Inches. I did a lot of research before buying my omni mount - which is an omni full motion wall mount. This OS80T tilt mount only tilts up and down. Your tv flat screen must be 37" to 55" for its compatibility. Low profile is that it only tilts slightly downward not side to side. Depending on what you want your TV to do ,whether just be stationary on the wall or have the option to just tilt slightly downward or have the full option to be able to pull it out - position right to left and up or down, all depends on what mount you want it to do. Low profile is minimal positioning option . Not a mounting wizard but I sure did a lot of research before purchasing ours - which for a 42" flat screen was the Omni mount Full motion. I will say Omni is a great product! |

| Answer: | I initially had the same problem. The only way I found to get the mechanism tight enough to hold the position was to use a tool, i.e., I could never get it sufficiently tight by hand. I don't recall exactly now what tool I used, but I think it was a pair of Vise-Grip pliers. Once in place, I never adjusted the tilt again. |
