What this does is just keep your pores clean, so they are not clogged, but it doesn’t make pores appear smaller, like for example a primer does before you put on makeup. Answer:	Mine did not come with an AC power supply which is typical. Typically these are used in PoE environments, and if you need external power, a PoE injector is relatively inexpensive if you don't have a PoE switch.
