Answer:	Are you connecting wifi with your phone, tablet, laptop? This router actually got rid of all the dead wifi spots in my house for all devices. If its the laptop your having problems with it may be the network card in you laptop or its antenna. I also purchased the ASUS usb network card "Asus (USB-AC56) Dual-band Wireless-AC1200 USB 3.0 Wi-Fi Adapter " that solved my laptop bad antenna/network card. Only other suggestion for laptop and other devices is to be sure your using the compatible mode aka wireless B/G/N or AC. Hope this helped.
