Answer:	I don’t think it will work as you want. You can set it for a set time frame but then have to set for another.....can’t set for intermittent timing.
Question:	How does it hold up to freezing temperature
Answer:	I live in Michigan. I take them in if it even looks like it might freeze. I doubt they would hold up in freezing temperatures.

Answer:	Not that I"m aware of. But at normal flow through a garden hose, it will run at about 8 gallons a minute or 480 gallons in an hour. That's a lot of water in the garden. I find the product to serve me well.
Question:	can the timer be set for less than 15 minutes
Answer:	The dial on the timer goes from 0.......15.......30 etc. so yes you could set it for less than 15 mins. I have not tried this though. This little timer is well worth the money.

Answer:	Stephen Buckley’s claim that normal household water pressure is around 150 psi is ludicrous. Normal household pressure is 40-60 psi, a fraction of his wild claim.

Answer:	No this device does not prevent backflow. There are very inexpensive backflow preventers that you can put between your faucet and this timer however. Search Amazon for B07B86K88Z
Question:	Can I leave the faucet on indefinitely after the timer stops
Answer:	I use the timer every day and have left the faucet on. I turn it off if I expect to leave the property for more than a day. I never leave it on if I expect very cold temperatures. My timers have been very good and only I worry about them when they are old, then I turn them off after use. Sort of like me.

Answer:	Once you set your program - it will last as long as the batteries last. Get some extra-strength batteries and you should be ok for two weeks.

Answer:	the directions you can set the water duration from 1 to 240 minutes. You can set the water frequency as every 6 hours, 12 hours, or from 1 to 7 days. Not sure if this will help you or not. I like the timer. We have them set up all over the property.

Answer:	On the TWO-PORT, each can be set independently. Answer:	You have to trick it; use both positions on the same watering line. Then set one of the outlets to water once a week starting Monday; wait 3 days and set the other to water once a week (starting Thursday). Be careful when changing batteries or otherwise interrupting the cycle. It's not perfect because it doesn't know what day of the week it is. I haven't tried this; it seems like this is the way it would work.

Answer:	I don't have the Claber, but Orbit works fine and is easy to use--this is the second year of use and I have 2 of these. Only thing, the connection for the hose is plastic, so just make sure you screw the hose on accurately or you will strip the connection and ruin the timer. Kay
Question:	How frequently do you need to change the batteries
Answer:	I have used these (Orbit) or similar Orbit battery sprinkler timers for years. They are amazing. They use AA battery x 2. I have never gotten less than 2 years of use out of the 2 batteries and have some going on 2+ years. They display starts to get dim at some point as the batteries age but the timer will still work. At this point I replace the batteries. Such a bargain. I will never use a 24VAC sprinker controller again.

Answer:	It is a digital timer. Two of the three water outlets can be programmed and one is a manual outlet. You attach a source hose (water inlet) to the top of the unit and you have the option of water turning on for the two programmed outlets on the under side. Proper placement of the sprinklers and or irrigation system and it can automatically water lawns, flower beds, what ever you want.

Answer:	Yes it restricts the water flow to a very small trickle. There is not enough water flow to reach the sprinkler at all. It makes the sprinkler unusable. You cannot even run water through the hose with the sprinkler unattached.

Answer:	This thing works great. Just set timer and it will shut off the water after that just go and turn your water off

You have to push it down in order to turn the dial to manual - at this time valve will open and water will come out from the outlet - until you turn time timing dial back to OFF. You have to press this black plastic piece again the next time when you want need manual operation.

Answer:	I have always used a liner, but I have washed it out just as I would any other dish or container with no problems. It is easy to dry and start using right away after washing.

Answer:	Yes - I actually will open it sometimes and the fruit flies will fly out. I would suggest getting something that has a seal on it. I used a Tupperware type container because of bugs.
