Answer:	Small hands are better than large hands. The finger holes are only an inch apart. The sound is excellent. And, the more you practice the better the sound.

This is probably the easiest way on their site, I tried searching "tuning charts" on their site and basically got links to all their harmonicas, because (it appears) every instrument page has a link to the charts. There is the added bonus of there being a lot of good information on their web site.

Answer:	It doesn't say "made in germany" on the harmonica itself, however it does say "made in germany" on the inside of the box lid. I own two 56/96 Hohner Echo's and they are both like that.
