Answer:	Yes, they are great for playing Siege.
Question:	How do these compare to the m40x and m50x audio technica headphones
Answer:	If you don't need a microphone with your headphones, then I would choose either the m40x or m50x. The PG1 comes with a microphone cable and a cell phone cable. As far as sound, I have noticed the PG1 is heavier on the bass compared to the m40x. I cannot verify this is same for everyone, but that has been my experience.

Answer:	I would first try calling Audio Technica customer service. If they don't offer a replacement I can confirm that the V-moda Boom pro microphone fits and works perfectly. Sounds just as good as the standard microphone and has a longer cable that doesn't tangle like the standard one does.

The slip over the ear piece and you can pull them off and throw them in the washer.

Answer:	It is has dynamic microphone, so it doesn't require power. You will need to adapt XLR to whatever you Mac uses for microphone "in". Most of these items come with 1/4" stereo phone plug for the headset audio. Then some of these sets just have set wires without plugs... so you can ad whatever you need... read carefully when buy this headset.

Answer:	It's not so much a function of the headset as it is a function of the device you plug the headset into. If the device you plug the headset into allows you to monitor inputs, then you should be able to hear it in your headset just fine.

Answer:	It appears the cabling is shielded. I have used it doing sports broadcasting, along with the use of wireless mics from the company that does the video for our high school sports teams. There is no interference with the other audio equipment we are using. Very happy with this headset.
Question:	Can you put felt earpads on this headset
Answer:	I'm sure you can. It has earpads just like Sony headsets. I have a Sony MDR-7506, and the earpads are the same size on this Audio-Technica as the Sony, must be standard.

Answer:	This can easily hook up to your PC computer using a Scarlett Focusrite. That's what I have. The Scarlett 2i2 hooks up to your PC with a USB cable. I managed to setup 2 headsets for 2 people, and it works as an intercom system too, because the Scarlett has a little switch on it which provides live playback of your voice as you are speaking, so you can hear your own voice in your headphones, if you need to hear how you sound. By hooking up 2 pairs of headphones to the Scarlett, and 2 microphones, you have an intercom system for only $150, plus the cost of the cables, headphones, microphones, etc. You can either use separate microphones or built in headset microphones with the Scarlet. Other "USB preamps" will work just fine too, although Scarlett is the most well known, and considered the best for the price.
