Answer:	I use unsweetened applesauce by putting the applesauce on the spoon and putting the cap on top of the sauce and putting it in my mouth. I move the cap around in my mouth to coat it with the applesauce. This helps the capsule slide down my throat easier. Some people use pudding. The method of lowering your chin to your chest before swallowing was taught to me after I lost the ability to swallow due to a medical condition. It also helped strengthen my swallowing muscles.

Answer:	I think they kinda smell like vinegar. You need to drink a lot of water when you take them or you will burp them up and I can get heart burn. All that aside they work great for my diabetes.

Today, a year later, I got my annual bloodwork back and cholesterol was even higher - over 240. I have been taking as directed for 15 years and now my cholesterol has spiked up 20% for over the past 2 annual readings. My HDL is the same but LDL spiked up through the roof. I immediately looked at the bottle and just noticed that they removed the “prescription quality” banner from the front of the label and that now there is no mention of monocolins anywhere on the nutritional label or the bottle. I called the company about this this morning and they put me on hold for a few minutes and then said that they cannot give me an answer and that someone will have to call me back about it. It is now 6pm in the evening and I still have not received a call back. Makes me think something has changed with the monocolin ingredient.

Answer:	the pills are not that bIg and they are a capsule so they slide down easily. I actually stopped taking it because my hot flashes were so bad I ended up getting something from my doctor instead. I did find that this product combined with evening primrose helped but mine got so bad I needed something else. Good luck and talk to your doctor about non -estrogen options.

Customer service at Timeless told me (i wanted to know the most efficacious serum between CoQ10 and Matrixyl offerings) that the CoQ!0 had the Matrixyl in it, as well as hyaluronic acid, and other antioxidants and cell-communicating ingredients. Question:	Is this product non GMO
Answer:	I don’t know what that is. The label says red yeast rice with other ingredients bring vegetable cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, purifiers water.
Question:	How much would I have to dilute in water to take only 100 mg of this? Or is there another method to getting the 100mg

Question:	Is this a liquid capsule
Answer:	It's a capsule, so you are really not supposed to take them apart. It's pretty easy to swallow, though, since it's a plastic outer shell.
Question:	Is this Nature's Way product Deglycerized licorice
Answer:	I have been taking this for 15 years and when I first took it my cholesterol went from 262 to under 200 and has been there up until May 2019 when it suddenly spiked to 238. Today, a year later, I got my annual bloodwork back and cholesterol was even higher - over 240. I have been taking as directed for 15 years and now my cholesterol has spiked up 20% for over the past 2 annual readings. My HDL is the same but LDL spiked up through the roof. I immediately looked at the bottle and just noticed that they removed the “prescription quality” banner from the front of the label and that now there is no mention of monocolins anywhere on the nutritional label or the bottle. I called the company about this this morning and they put me on hold for a few minutes and then said that they cannot give me an answer and that someone will have to call me back about it. It is now 6pm in the evening and I still have not received a call back. Makes me think something has changed with the monocolin ingredient.
