Answer:	We have had no problems with ours. If we did, I would use "contact seller" I did this with a watch and that seller offered our choice of refund or replacement. Maybe that will work with this seller. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Ebonite is not plastic or wood. It is hard rubber which many professionals use because of its' excellent tonal properties. It doesn't crack or bend like the wooden clarinets sometimes do. My father played clarinet and sax for many years in various bands. He had an ebonite clarinet and he always liked it. They are much easier to care for than a wooden clarinet. I have three clarinets--two ebonites and one grenadite--I prefer the ebonite. I believe all the mouthpieces for sax and clarinet are made of ebonite. This clarinet is incredible for the price!!! You can't go wrong with this.

Answer:	For a beginner or child, yes it is good. However, when it breaks or wears out it will likely not be fixable. At that point, you would want a better quality clarinet anyway. Also, I know a clarinet player who just likes having a red clarinet for fun. Professional players will say these are junk, and that may be true, but they are not meant to be played by professionals.

Answer:	No. It is made in china. At least mine was. But it is an imported instrument brand. If you want USA made, Jean Paul USA makes really good instruments.

Answer:	This clarinet would be in B flat, not C flat. I guess there is a chance that it would be that out of tune, given it's origins.
Question:	Is LJ Hutchen Bb Clarinet made of wood? Please tell me the truth
Answer:	They are a very fragile, lightweight metal and not of high quality. They will bend easily and if you try to bend them back they will snap off. No music store will accept it for repair because the metal is so soft that it deteriorates when heated (which you have to do for a simple repair such as replacing a pad). Replacement parts simply aren't available and, as I said, no repair shop will even touch it. I'm a band director with 30 years experience. Trust me on this - save your money and buy a reputable instrument.

Answer:	I don't know where it is manufactured, but it was obviously by someone that didn't have a Bb Clarinet to place into the case to confirm that it fit before they sent it to me. I sent it back - it was cheap, you get what you pay for. It was a gift for my son - I ended up buying an old clarinet that didn't work very well so that I could have the better case.
