Answer:	There is an interlock on the shredder that prevents it from operating unless it's sitting on the shredded paper receptacle - usually a switch in a slot on the head that is closed by a tab on the receptacle. If the bag doesn't interfere with that interlock, it should work. A very thin bag, or a bag cut out specifically to not interfere with the interlock, will likely work.

They have female connections on one end and male connections on the other end, so you would simply plug the cable coming from the power supply (the one that you want to reverse polarity on) into the female end of this cable, then plug the male end into your effects pedal. If you have a meter handy, I would check the output of this cable before I plugged it into the pedal, just to be sure the polarity has been reversed properly. (better safe than sorry)

Answer:	Nope as it's 120 mA and the max on the pedal supply is 100 mA. With something like that, you likely want it plugged in on its own into a conditioner unless you're going with a more powerful power supply chain.
