Question:	Is it a single unit? Or are there two as shown in the picture
Answer:	there are 2 lengths the picture is showing the differences one the longer of the 2 is for acoustic guitars the other is for electric guitars and is shorter, more hooks can be used with the shorter guitar holders but the design is for bodies like electric which are not as wide as dreadnoughts. I do not know who put up this picture go see GH180P Performance Plus for a better explanation. The copy says 9" so it should be the longer hook. The 5" see EH180P is shorter. Hope this helps

Will this fit a six string bass? I have seen many recommendations for this stand but if the neck won't fit the yoke

Answer:

I see no reason why it shouldn't. the spread at the hanger on mine measures about 2 1/4 inches side to side, so if your nut width is in that range, you should be good. It fits my Epiphone 12 string, which has a 2" wide nut. If not, the hanger part of the stand is made of two pieces of flat stock riveted together, and they can be spread apart to fit a wider nut if necessary. Length wise, there should be no problem, as it fits my Thunderbird bass with no problem, and I don't know of a longer bass.The only guitar or bass I can think of that wouldn't work with this stand is a headless type, like a Steinberger.

Answer:	"Amazon Customer" is incorrect. The top of the guitar makes no difference. It can be a flat-top, an archtop or any other shape of top. I'm also not sure what he or she meant by "respond." Also, this stand will work with solid body electric guitars. It's not just for acoustics and he or she said.
Question:	can i use this stand for an autoharp
Answer:	I teach elementary music and put an acoustic guitar, a banjo and a ukulele on this stand. As you can see the shape is like an A frame so to put a ukulele on it simply do not unfold all the way which allows the body of the ukulele to sit on the stand and is still very sturdy for my guitar and banjo.

Answer:	Yes it's made in China. As much as it pains to say it. It's a great guitar stand. Wish it "WAS" made in the USA.

Question:	Is this actually, really... plywood?? if so, why does a reviewer show it's actually made of cardboard
Answer:	After putting mine together (I bought two), I accidentally stepped on one, on the lowest segment (the part that holds the lower bout of the guitar, where it touches the floor). I didn't step hard at all, really, but it was enough to sort of "bend" the wood double, so that I could easily see inside the material. It is definitely NOT any kind of plywood, nor is it cardboard. It appears to be what is called "particle wood" or "particle board." Very cheap, low quality stuff. But it has a nice-looking veneer over it, so if you don't accidentally step on it, you should be okay.

Answer:	While I do not have a guitar case, I do not think so. My acoustic fits perfectly.It's approx. 16 cm wide. Hope that helps.
