Answer:	I just bought the Daddario reed case (rebranded Rico) and when I opened the Rico Reed Revitalizer Pack there was a Boveda 8 gm 72% humidity pack inside. It says on the envelope that is was manufactured expressly for D'Addario. I've ordered the Boveda cheaper replacements, so I will see how close a fit they are.

Answer:	The Eb clarinet only came with one barrel. I had to buy a 40mm barrel on eBay to be more in tune. The one it came with required me to significantly pull out the barrel.

Answer:	I bought my Eb just for that reason. I haven't played it yet because of eye surgery, but it looks and feels well built and of decent quality materials. I did buy an upgraded mouthpiece locally. It came well packed with several cork wedges to protect it in travel. It comes in a nice case as well. I play bass and Bb clarinets with a concert band. I do not believe Eb would make a good beginner's instrument, they are harder to play than a Bb. I hope to have some fun with it so. Thought it would be great for practicing when traveling. I believe it is a good little instrument and will give me years of service if care for.

Answer:	"Ebonite" is another word for hard rubber, that same material that good mouthpieces are made from. It's a wonderful instrument material. "Ebonite wood" is a contradiction in terms and it's misleading. Some of these Chinese instruments are made of real ebonite and they sound really good. They give it a sanded texture to make it look wood-like. It looks good, but they should not call it wood.

Answer:	I think so. The problem consists in cutting the gasket at the correct width by making first a mark after placing the spoiler on top of the material. The material is high quality.

It intended to seal relatively low pressures.The other problem is that head gaskets need to be precisely the correct thickness, otherwisecompression ratio of engine is changed. Answer:	One barrel, the longer is for diapason 440 Hz used for orshestras in America et the shorter is for the frequency of the diapason used in EUROPA, 442 or 444 Hz. Answer:	Dear Madam/Sir, I do not believe this is considered an E11 clarinet. Sadly, I had to return this instrument because it was unplayable. The tone holes were inaccurate. The overall feel of the instrument was off. I could not play this clarinet in the lower register. Albeit, I am a woodwind teacher with over 20 years of experience. I can not recommend this clarinet.

Answer:	The two barrels are different lengths, which facilitate tuning the clarinet to different pitches. A=440Hz is generally standard concert tuning, but others such as A=442 are sometimes used. Definitely get the two barrel version: the enhanced tuning range justifies the slighly higher cost.

Question:	I'm familiar with wood & ebonite clarinets. what's abs
Answer:	ABS is the same thing that LEGO's are made from and is a very hard thermoplastic when used in the proper temperature ranges. My daughter had to get a replacement as the keys that they use didn't adhere quite well to the unit itself but the second one seems to be holding up. Recommended for 2 -3 year middle school or maybe high school level, but if the student is anything like my daughter, at the frequency used, if you are looking for a one time through school purchase 5 years+ then this is not the one. :)

Answer:	Anna: Honestly I don’t know how it compares; however I was looking for a decent product that wouldn’t break the family budget so I gave it a shot. The product was more than adequate for my beginner musician everything, was as advertised, no quality issues, and no complaints from kiddo or the more demanding music teacher. Soo I was 100% satisfied. Now if you’re in the market for an experienced player I would suggest something else as - the sky’s the limit. Hope this helps!!!
