Answer:	Not sure what you mean by “luggage sleeve”, but there are no sleeves/chambers on the bag. If you connect the two handles together with the flap shown, you could slide long slim objects through the handle opening parallel to the zipper of the bag itself, but that’s it.

Answer:	I would say 'no' unless you also use that el-cheapo disposable pillow the airlines give you on international flights to provide a bit of a buffer between your ear and the pillow. I like this pillow very much, but I think it might be uncomfortable with anything but tiny little ear buds.

Answer:	Comfort with headphones will depend upon 1) the headphones themselves, and 2) how you place this pillow on your shoulder. I can say that I have never slept comfortably while traveling in a vehicle until I purchased this pillow and now I get the rest I seek without the pillow shifting, deflating, or otherwise causing discomfort that awakens as others have.

Answer:	For me, there's no comparison. I have a couple of traditional "horse collar" pillows (one inflatable, one filled with bean-bag beads). They push my head forward uncomfortably and don't keep my head from flopping forward. I've used the Travelrest pillow on long (12-14 hour) flights to Asia and it provided dramatically more useful head support. I could actually sleep without snapping awake when my head slumped, and I didn't wake up with a sore neck. For me, this product represents a huge design improvement over traditional neck pillows.

Answer:	I'm sure you can, but you'd have to measure the foam pillow when it's folded into it's smallest size, and then shop for that size of pillow. Memory foam doesn't compact very well, so you'd have to measure carefully, I think. If the pillow is inflatable, then of course, it would be much easier to find a small sac at Walmart or sporting goods store.
