Answer: Actually, I have the 7 foot ramps and not the 5 foot ones. However, the 7 foot ramps reduce down to about 4 feet in length so I'm sure that the 5 foot ramps would reduce down to abvout 3 feet.

Answer: The videos have 4 different girls doing the same workout just at different levels so you can pick which every level fits you. I like it a lot!

Answer: Whatever you need for your ability. You can also use resistance bands. I personally have hand weights/Dumbbells from 3-15lbs that I use. For the most part I use the 8 and 10 lb weights the most but it does depend on the muscle group.

Answer: Hi Jenny. Stephanie from X-TrainFit here. The only equipment needed is dumbbells and/or resistance bands. Yoga mat is recommended but not required. There are some stability ball options shown, but one is not required. I hope this helps.
Question: This is for woman’s or for man too
Answer: I just finished the first week and not much jumping at all. For the very few parts that do include a jump type movement there is a person doing the modified version. I did insanity and it killed my knees, this wasn't hard on them at all. It is actually very low impact. A little too low for me. I think I need something between this and insanity. Thus wasn't enough to feel like a good workout for me, but insanity was too much.

Answer: I find this program fun but I have done all P90X programs, T25 and to be honest while this is fun I found I loss muscle tone. I am not sure why maybe it's the diet and compared to the other programs for me this may have not worked with my body. I did enjoy it but I need to tone back up. Answer: are you currently doing a program? how active are you? Piyo isn't like any other program. If your used to crazy cardio, running. this isn't that. if your used to yoga, this isn't that. If your used to lifting weights at the gym....this isn't that. Even bodyweight exercises like insanity don't provide what Piyo does. Thats whats so great about piyo. I have been taking piyo live classes for about a year. I became a certified instructor a few months ago because I love this format. Its great for beginners because its low impact and really takes you through the moves and modifications and has great progression. If you are more active, this may seem slow the first few weeks. (20 minute workouts) the reason for this, is because most people don't have the wrist and joint strength to be in these positions for longer... You still get a great workout, work on flexibility, range of motion, strengthens you from the inside out so you REALLY have to give it the full 60 days before you can see any outside transformation. Question: Base kit vs t25 vs max30 - which one would be best for a busy college student looking to lose weight fast
Answer: T 25 is hard but, it is do able. I sometimes felt I wasn't getting enough out of t25 only because it was 25 min. Max 30 is difficult all around but they have a modifier. Actually both have a modifier. T25 I would consider for beginners and max 30 is more for intermediate and advanced. It is up to you based on what type of work you want. I have tried both I like max 30 because I saw results faster and he made it fun. T25 i saw results but not as fast. If your new to working out t25 so you can build up to max 30. If you have been working out I would go for max 30.
Question: Hopefully i can get answer ASAP but im not a person that works our and isnt all too fit. I want to know if this program is for me
Answer: This workout is perfect for you I did insanity about five years ago I was 250 pounds and had never worked out once in my life following the workout plan and eating a healthy diet I managed to drop 50 pounds within six months so any exercise is good for you you may not be able to max out in the beginning but I guarantee you with commitment you well at the end good luck
Question: If the point of this intense program is to Max out... what happens when I get exhausted 5 minutes into it and max out? What then? Stop for that day
Answer: No. You stop, get some water, catch your breath and come back to it. Even if u have to stop every 5 min, the point is eventually U will make it to 10 and then 15 and so on...hope this helps.
Question: What is the difference between the Insanity Max 30 and T
Answer: Insanity Max is t25 times 100. T25 is intense but no where near as intense as Insanity Max 30. The goal of t25 is to nail the entire workout where insanity max is to "max" out early on and then continue to workout. The goal at the end is to make it through the entire workout without maxing out. If you are a newcomer to Shaun T or to fitness, I would recommend T25 or regular insanity before venturing to insanity max. I did t25 after I gave birth and lost 26 lbs on it. Now I'm on to insanity max after finishing all levels of t25 and doing insanity. Good luck!

About the Actor

Aaron Star, a teacher of Yoga since 1996, moved to New York City at the beginning of 2001.

Before moving to New York, Aaron's passion and love lay beneath the sea. He became an avid Scuba Instructor, circling the globe and teaching Scuba Diving in many spectacular places.

Aaron, when working with students in his Classes, Retreats, DVD s or Workshops, has shown many students how to fine tune their senses to experience that sublime erotic flow within them and its subtle energetic current while cultivating a deeper awareness of their own Inner Sanctuary.

He introduces people to the principles of Alignment while teaching people how to touch and promote harmony in yourself and others.

Dedicated to healthy natural cooking and clean living, Aaron also makes his own brand of all Natural Jams and Jellies; which he sells to friends and students, while running International Retreats and Teacher Training Events around the world, attracting a wide and diversified group of men.

About the Director

Michael Selditch has been producer, writer, director, creator and/or show-runner on numerous documentary, talk, and reality television shows since 1999. As executive producer and director, Selditch recently completed a documentary series called Architecture School which he created for the Sundance Channel. It was named by Time Magazine as one of the Top 10 TV Series of 2008. He directed Queer Eye for the Straight Guy on a reoccurring basis during its impressive 100-episode run. Also for Bravo, he directed and co-executive produced the one-hour special, Project Jay (2005) on fashion designer Jay McCarroll, the first winner of Project Runway. He followed it up with an independent feature documentary on McCarroll entitled, Eleven Minutes (2009) in theaters nationwide in February. Selditch was the show-runner and one of the creators of PBS's award-winning series, Gourmet's Diary of a Foodie (2006), receiving the James Beard Award for Best National Television Food Series two years in a row (2007/2008). He was also a producer on 30 Days (2006), Morgan Spurlock's highly acclaimed series on FX. Selditch is a two-time Emmy Award nominated producer (2001/2008).

Question: Can anyone say this has actually worked for them
Answer: Yes, they have helped me recover from excruciating muscle spasms in my back. Level 1 is a 10-minute chair routine. Level 2 is 25 minutes and done on the floor. I have not yet tried level 3. I have only two complaints: 1) She demonstrates the basic form of an exercise quickly, then goes on to a more advanced form of the exercise before I have figured out the proper position for the basic form. 2) Several of the level 2 exercises are done on the knees. If you have bad knees, you will need a lot of extra padding to be able to do the exercises. Otherwise, I enjoy the program.

Question: Do I need weights for this
Answer: One or the other is recommended for the strength workouts. There are several exercises (i.e. lunges, squats, abs, etc.) that you either don't use weights or you can choose not to use the weights, but there are exercises where weights/resistance is needed. Answer: Hi There - the marathon schedule can be downloaded from our site (xtrainfit) so you can see exactly what workouts are done and when. The schedule is 29 weeks long and you run about 4-5 days a week, depending on what level calendar you follow as we offer beginner, intermediate and advanced calendars.
