Answer:	I, too, had a hard time figuring it out. I do not know if I have it as the manufacturer intended, but here is what I did. I placed the two straps with clips over the top bar of my Mom's walker and tightened the straps quite short. Closed the clips so the straps encircled the top bar. Looped each of the velcro straps around the front leg closest to it and attached it to the velcro on the back of the bag. Hope these instructions make sense.

Answer:	We did fold it, since it's the sides that fold in. You have to place the top straps with the Velcro on the right spot so they don't interfere with the sliding mechanism to fold the walker. We liked the size of the pouch, as something bigger and heavier I think would unbalance the walker.

Answer:	This bag is probably big enough but not maybe not strong enough to support a larger tablet. I would want a different material and more substanncial attachments then Velcro.
