Answer:	I will share my experience....The first one I receive was in an opened box..The battery would not charge, but it looked brand new. I returned it & replaced with the same thing..this box was sealed, it does have a scratch on the back...you don't see if you use a jacket for it. I all so would go to the Apple web site to help set it up if your not good with electronics. I still need to get more help!!
