Answer:	I put 3 inch casters on it. The important thing is to get a caster with a long stem. If memory serves me well I believe it needs to be 1 1/2" long. All the casters in the 2 to 3 inch range have the same stem size. I got mine from tractor supply. I got the ones that were rubber not hard plastic. It makes it alot quieter.

Answer:	Hello... It's simple, really; just requires a little more strength than one might expect. Securely holding the hand truck upright (as shown in picture), simply press down on the metal bottom plate to unfold it down toward the floor. It does require some force at least at first, which I imagine will loosen up a bit the more it is folded/unfolded. As the metal bottom plate is opened, the wheels will automatically unfold as the plate is lowered into place.

Question:	It says to follow the owner's manual ... where is it? Didn't come included. Anyone else have difficulty raising up the bars on either side
Answer:	We got a small card with some very basic info on it but no owner's manual. I am also having problems raising and lowering the handles! Yes, I have tried to "pull the cord between the bars" (sorry, easier said than done). I tried pushing the cord down and also pulling to the side and still difficult. It takes a lot of time for me to collapse and raise the handles. I'm not very strong. The videos do make it seem easy but for me not having a lot of strength it's difficult so I just leave it with the handles up and load it into my small car. If I can find ways to make this easier, then I can get more items into my car and pack it more efficiently. Other than that the cart is great. I would like some suggestions as well! (This is the wife of the Amazon account holder.)

Answer:	I recently used this cart to transport gear to an outdoor photo location accessible only by deeply-rutted horse trails. The large wheels did fine, even on large, uneven rocks, but in practice I had to lift the small-wheel side and treat it a little more like a hand-truck for part of the hike, but it made it through. On hard ground or pavement, there's no problem at all. Tough little cart.
Question:	Considering for catering, cambro hot holding food 18×26 anybody else use it for that
Answer:	I was able to hold 4-5 chartering bags on it daily but I also would put 2 stripes cardboard to reinforce the bags that held up to 4 - 5 full trays. Also one day my partner for got one of our wheel for our cambros that we would stack 3 high, so I had to utilize my cart to get the order up in time I was able to place to cambros side by side and stack the 3rd on top of one of them and was able to place on carting bag on the single on and roll it threw the garage to service elevator and then setup for client. It a tough little guy but it works. It was really heavy to push 3 cambros and the bag tho, but it did the job I needed on the spot. I hope this helps. If I could add a picture I would I was really amazed.
Question:	Looking at getting this for my Son who fly fishes and has a pontoon. Will this work for hauling the pontoon to the water over rugged terrian
Answer:	I don't think it would be best for rugged terrain. We use it to haul items to shows that we set up and the wheels are not really that big. They are kind of like a shopping cart wheel. Hope this helps :-)

Question:	What size nut do i need for the wheel? the one i had came loose and i lost it? thank you
Answer:	Both sides have the same pseudo-nut with a cotter pin through it. I didn't disassemble my hand truck to look at it more carefully. I suggest you take off the remaining nut and cotter pin and take it to a hardware store to get a replacement. They should have something that fits, and you'll have this working again quickly. I'm not sure I understand how you managed to knock the cotter pin out and lose the nut under normal use, though. Last suggestion: contact the manufacturer who might be willing to provide a replacement. I would start with your local store first, taking in the remaining pin and possibly the axle.

Answer:	Our tires we t flat so we filled them with Green 'Slime'. Slime is a great product. Tires have held air since then.

Answer:	Unfortunately, it only has two lock positions. However, I purchased this dolly and transport a 300lb case and it folds and moves with ease. Very sturdy and well made!
Question:	Is it easy to carry large size "Beer Keg"? The handle connection area doesn't get bend by a leverage
Answer:	It's a very sturdy hand cart, but I think a large full beer keg would be too much for this collapsible dolly.

Answer:	If the upright freezer is'nt over 275 lbs it could move it.
Question:	Can it be used for up and down stairs
Answer:	In general, I have to say no. Its compact and works well, but it is not particularly rugged. It will carry the rated 275 lbs across a flat surface. But, when I rolled off a single step with a reasonable heavy load, the force of the drop cracked the plastic frame. Broke it the first day I used it. Less than 60 or so pounds probably would be ok to drag up or down a stair case, but it would be a risk. That being said, I would buy another one and be more careful. If you need it for a move that has stairs, you're better off getting a regular non-folding hand dolly.

Answer:	I don't know how you define a larger riser, but my stairs are steeper than normal with the risers approximately 8 inches. I think this cart would work on a steeper staircase since the basic principle is that there is always a set of wheels in contact with the step or the riser. A more important limiting factor is the load. This is not heavy duty like the kind of cart you would find at a Home Depot or Lowe's. Nor would you want to load too much weight on it because at each step you are pulling the load up with your own power. Hope this helps. Still, works fine for light duty.
Question:	How big is toe plate
Answer:	Pretend you’re standing behind Dolly looking down at the toe plate. At the base (next to wheels) it’s 19” wide. Moving eyes forwards the front for 6 1/2” at this point it gradually starts getting narrower until it reaches 11” across the front. From back to front is about 13 3/4”. Look at a picture of the Dolly’s toe plate and you will understand my description. Hope this helps!

Question:	Are the wheels solid rubber
Answer:	Si senior, they are solid rubber--or something like that. In any case they are not pneumatic. They work just great for me, and I keep my speaker strapped to it for my shows.

Answer:	I would not use this with a car seat (at least not with baby inside). The base is not that big, so you'd have trouble getting the car seat to fit securely on there. I've also had boxes fall off of there a bunch.
Question:	Would this hand truck work to move a Yeti cooler
Answer:	A 20-ltr. Yeti Roadie should fit nicely. But consider the typical weight you want to cart around. And if you're under 5'8", the angle of pull should still be OK. If you're thinking of a Yeti 45, which is a 39.5 ltr cooler that's weighs 22 lbs when empty, it will be challenging, especially when it's heavy, but not impossible. Remember, it's easy when the walkway is paved. But if you need to roll it on grass or on uneven terrain, tipping is a definite possibility. For the big Yeti's, consider a 4-wheel option.

Answer:	I had a hard time closing it the first time. If you turn the cart upside down and look at the two flanges that lock it in place you might get a better idea of what needs to happen to close it. After the first time closing it , it was easy.

Answer:	Holding the hand truck upright firmly, place one foot at top of the toe plate and exert pressure forward and down. The wheels are linked and will extend with this action.

Answer:	I wouldn’t put too many heavy items on it. You can use it to live things up and down the stairs but I wouldn’t put too many heavy items on it. The bottom flat part isn’t that wide or long so you don’t want to overload it

Answer:	There was no bungee included with mine but I love the dolley and it folds up so nicely. I got mine because I could not lift anything with any weight around my house and for me it gave me the ability to take care of things for myself.
