Answer:	I put 3 inch casters on it. The important thing is to get a caster with a long stem. If memory serves me well I believe it needs to be 1 1/2" long. All the casters in the 2 to 3 inch range have the same stem size. I got mine from tractor supply. I got the ones that were rubber not hard plastic. It makes it alot quieter.

Answer:	Unfortunately, it only has two lock positions. However, I purchased this dolly and transport a 300lb case and it folds and moves with ease. Very sturdy and well made!

Answer:	It's a very sturdy hand cart, but I think a large full beer keg would be too much for this collapsible dolly.

Answer:	If the upright freezer is'nt over 275 lbs it could move it.

Answer:	In general, I have to say no. Its compact and works well, but it is not particularly rugged. It will carry the rated 275 lbs across a flat surface. But, when I rolled off a single step with a reasonable heavy load, the force of the drop cracked the plastic frame. Broke it the first day I used it. Less than 60 or so pounds probably would be ok to drag up or down a stair case, but it would be a risk. That being said, I would buy another one and be more careful. If you need it for a move that has stairs, you're better off getting a regular non-folding hand dolly.

Question:	Is going down the stairs with bulky or heavy object like washing machine - easy as going up
Answer:	I moved a vintage chrome and Formica table on the short end. I only went up 6 steps and a table weighs a lot less than a washing machine. However, for what it's worth, I could do it myself at 5'-3" thanks to the three-wheel climbing feature. I still had to tug a little but the climbing feature was helpful. I have moved heavy bulky items up full flights of stairs with a standard heavy duty hand truck but we had two people working to stabilize and pull hard to make each step. I found the climbing dolly quite stable but not sure if it's rated for the weight of a washing machine. I'm glad I have it and it will always come in handy.

Answer:	Know they are not but but in the upright mode the drag from the lift plate keeps the cart in place.

Answer:	small wheels are plastic, Large wheels are solid rubber and hard plastic.
Question:	Do you have assemble anything when the hand truck comes from Amazon
Answer:	Just got one - and, yes, assembly is required. You'll need a 9/16-inch socket wrench, and do not tighten the four bolts except as indicated in the instructions (i.e., wait until the last step.). No, a child couldn't do the assembly, and expect this to take about 20 minutes, but it's pretty easy with the right tools.
Question:	When this is set up as a horizontal platform, what is the actual usable length, i.e., between the base and vertical handle
Answer:	My hand truck is in storage, so I can't give an actual measurement. However, when I was moving, it fit three Banker's Boxes (width-wise) between the "foot" and the handle when set up as a horizontal platform. I did find the handle a little difficult to latch when turning it into a horizontal platform--the holes were difficult to line up. Still, I was so glad to have it for my move.

Answer:	it's 30" between the base and vertical handle - in platform position.
Question:	get the pins to stay on the wheels. I am not sure how to open the pin where it will be secured to prevent the wheel from coming off. Thank you
Answer:	The pin needs to be opened a little bit first by inserting a screw diver in between and prying the pin apart. Then use pointed pliers and pinch the pin together and insert it into the hole of the steel rod (axel). Once in, split the pin open and bend it backwards to prevent the wheel from coming off.
Question:	Does the handle have to be completely removed and re-inserted to covert to platform use or does it fold
Answer:	The handle has to be completely removed and reinserted, it does not fold

Answer:	58" tall handle extended, 41" retracted. frame width is 12"x32" high. max width @ tires is 16". lift plate is 14"x7". max depth is 16" from front of lift plate to back of ties. hope this helps you.
