Answer:	Mine had a pin on the black cover when you slid it in place. Make sure pin/tab is not broken off.
Question:	Is it very visible when not in use under the cabinet? I would like to use it in the kitchen, but I don't want it to show much when I'm not using it
Answer:	It tucks up, but you can see it. I don't have much of a lip on my cabinets. I had to be careful where I mounted it so as not to go up through the cabinet so we mounted it into the frame. The joints are not super tight so it's hard to adjust the arm perfectly because it will weigh down once the tablet is in and kind of sag down, it's a little loose. That all being said I love having it there, it's made cooking so much easier. I was always using my phone previously.
