Answer:	We loaded ours with two cases of water and tried to carry it up three 4 inch steps. It was like trying to drag an ornery donkey. I don't recommend it. Try a different manufacturer.

Answer:	It rolls very well on flat ground. Climbing the stairs is only uses back wheels. Its very sturdy but much smaller than I anticipated.
