The speaker wires that are driving your speakers will be shortened and then connected to the Pyle Home speaker selector. Then your speakers will be connected to the Pyle Home speaker selector to each of the different four zones that you have in your home/office/whatever. I am presently driving three pairs of speakers with one zone unused. I have had perfect performance.
