| Answer: | I would say yes this is made for an 11qt pot that goes into the warmer after water is added but on high the warmer will boil the water in just a few minutes so essentially a stainless pot in boiling water is perfect for melting chocolate I'm pretty sure that's what chocolatiers do is put a pot in boiling water to regulate the temperature for less burning of the chocolate |
