Answer:	As long as the door is kept closed it will hold its temp for at least 4 hours

Answer:	They are flat topped so yes. The only problem I have is the pans fit extremely tight and are almost impossible to get in...I literally can't use mine as intended I turn mine one its side and can get a couple pans in they do keep food toasty warm.

Answer:	This is something we can for sure improve upon. For now though, you should have plenty of space inside the bag. With the included divider you can separate items easily if necessary. Also the clear window slot on top of the bag can be used to store utensils and receipts. Hope that helps!

Answer:	Honestly I never tried it on a 2200 watt inverter generator but I don’t see why it won’t work.
Question:	Does the box generate a lot of condensation
Answer:	Condensation depends on what you put inside. If you don't put anything excessively moist in there or any liquid, then you shouldn't have any condensation.
Question:	Will this hold a pizza box
Answer:	It depends the size of the pizza box. The shelves measure 21.5" left to right and 14" front to back.
Question:	Can this be used as a proofing oven? Can the temperature be set to 80F
Answer:	This is just a very simple food warmer. I wouldn't try using it for anything else. If you do decide to purchase one I hope the one you get is assembled better than the one I got. We actually had to use a hammer to "flex" the shelving to fit in the tracks that was already studded into place....very crooked! Now that I have the shelving in I cannot remove it. I had to have a warmer then or I would have sent this poorly constructed metal box right back! Good luck if you decide to purchase one!

Answer:	Each shelf can hold one 4" deep full hotel pan.

Answer:	The shelves are removable BUT a deeper pan will not work. Deepest pans that work would be the 3" disposable aluminum pans.

Answer:	No this warmer operates without water. You can add an additional small water tray that is mounted underneath the bottom shelf.

Answer:	The water pan is so that you can add water to the pan which slowly evaporates creating a more humid environment. So the food should already be hot.
