If you’re looking to do fluid paint work, paint pouring, & that’s why you’re asking, don’t use more than 20% Floetrol to thin paints but Golden’s high flow & fluids do not need to be thinned. Use them as is. If you want to extend the paint pigment, use an artists medium such as Liquitex or Golden’s gloss or matte medium or pouring medium to not affect the binders & pigment of the paint.
