Answer:	Pretty much what the other reviewer mentioned, the screw heads all measured: M3 heads: 5.5 mm M4 heads: 7.4 mm M5 heads: 9.3 mm The actual screw shaft diameter (outside of threads) ran a pretty consistent .06 - 0.8 mm under the screw size, so 3 mm was 2.94, etc. This is well within the allowable tolerance range which, for a M3 screw for example, is a max diameter of 2.980 mm and a min diameter of 2.874 mm, so these screws seem to hit the midpoint pretty consistently. They fit the included nuts well and I also used them in a few aluminum extrusions with pre-tapped holes, so far they fit well.
