12 best uxcell die cutting machines
UXCELL die cutting machines are specialized tools used in various industries and applications related to cutting tools and industrial processes. These machines are designed to precisely cut various materials into specific shapes and patterns. Here are some key points about UXCELL die cutting machines:
Function: UXCELL die cutting machines are primarily used for cutting materials such as paper, cardboard, fabric, leather, foam, and more into specific shapes and designs. They are commonly employed in crafts, manufacturing, and packaging industries.
Die Cutting: These machines utilize die-cutting techniques, where a custom-shaped die (a cutting tool) is used to cut materials. The die is typically made of metal and is designed to create precise and consistent cuts.
Versatility: UXCELL die cutting machines come in various sizes and configurations, offering versatility in terms of the types of materials they can cut and the complexity of the shapes they can produce. Some are manual machines operated by a lever, while others are motorized or automated.
Applications: Die cutting machines are used in a wide range of applications, including scrapbooking, card making, label production, packaging design, clothing and textile manufacturing, automotive gasket production, and more.
Die Types: Different dies can be used with these machines, including steel rule dies, rotary dies, and laser-cut dies. The choice of die depends on the material being cut and the desired outcome.
Precision: UXCELL die cutting machines are known for their precision and consistency in cutting. They can create intricate and detailed designs with sharp, clean edges.
Safety: When operating die cutting machines, users should follow safety guidelines and use appropriate protective equipment, especially when working with motorized or automated models.
Ease of Use: Manual die cutting machines are relatively straightforward to use, requiring the operator to place the material and die in the machine and then apply pressure using a lever or crank. Motorized and automated models are designed for more efficient and high-volume production.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance is essential to keep these machines in optimal working condition. This includes cleaning, lubricating moving parts, and replacing cutting mats or blades as needed.
Accessories: UXCELL die cutting machines often come with various accessories and compatible dies that can be used to create a wide range of designs and patterns.
In summary, UXCELL die cutting machines are versatile tools used in cutting a variety of materials into specific shapes and designs. They find applications in crafting, manufacturing, and packaging industries, offering precision and efficiency in material cutting processes.

Products Information
- Dies for processing external threads consist of a cutting part, a positioning part and a chip hole.
- Dies can be divided into round dies, square dies, hex dies according to the shape. They are also called as ordinary thread dies, pipe thread dies and tapered pipe thread dies according to the purpose.
- Use chip fluid (oil) to obtain quality threads, and it is also suitable for thread maintenance. Suitable lubricating oil is conducive to cutting or cooling, making cutting more brisk, improving smoothness and dimensional accuracy.
Lubricating oil
- Lubricant should be applied to the cutting edge. It can help to extend the service life of tools in tapping operations.
- Recommended Lubricants: Steel---cutting oil and engine oil, cast iron---dry oil, aluminum---kerosene, stainless steel---a little kerosene mixed with lard oil, bakelite hard rubber----drying oil.
Notice
- Check the specification and outer diameter of the die and the clamping range of the die wrench to ensure that the two match. Choose a suitable screwdriver to unscrew the fixing screws on the main body of the die wrench.
- Put the die into the clamping body of the die wrench, and turn the die slightly to make the side hole of the die consistent with the position of the wrench fixing screw.
- Tighten the screws with a suitable screwdriver, so that the die and the wrench can be closely combined. When operating the tapping tool into a semicircle, it must be retracted to ensure that the chips are discharged in time.
- Round Die: Thread size: 5/16"-32 UNEF; outside diameter (OD): 25mm / 1.0"; Thickness: 9mm / 0.35"; accuracy class: 6g. Made of alloy tool steel, hardness and wear-resistance.

User questions & answers
Question: | what attachment (?handle?) fits this die |
Answer: | I would say not. It is a pinky-beige; a little more on the beige side, than the pink side. It is stunning though! If you want to go with something a little more pink, but really like this dress (as I said, it is stunning), I would suggest put the pink into your make-up choices. Bobbi Brown makes some really nice pinkish brightening finishing powder . You could totally rock a bold or medium-toned pink lip that is flattering to your skin tone. |
