Question:	Just bought one and the thread spindle is wrong wont fit my dewalt grinder
Answer:	Mine is mounted on a threaded shaft but the threads only go about halfway so the set screw hits the un-threaded part. There are two holes for the set screw and I use the one closest to the end. Might mess up the threads to tighten into them but not sure since I don't use that hole at all.

Answer:	I believe you could tighten the set screws enough, but a much bigger problem is then created - the adapters will be off center, and therefore your buffing wheels will be off center too.
