Answer:	I don't know what you would consider soft or firm. It is very comfortable. I sleep with mine wrapped around by neck every night for needed neck bone support. I forget it is there.

Answer:	I have only used this for travel but it works great. I could see where just sitting at home and watching TV this would be very comfortable as well. You really can't go wrong with it.

Answer:	When folded in its travel bag it is approx. 12 in. x 4 in. Maybe can be mashed down to less than 4 in. if really critical

Question:	are there any of these that can be heated in the microwave
Answer:	Yes, it does. I loved this bra while I was pregnant but it is a lite stiff for breast feeding. On the other hand, there was absolutely no leaking all the way through the padding of this bra while breast feeding.
Question:	How does it compare to trtle pillow or wandr pillow? Have you tried either of those
Answer:	No they are not but it is the most supportive bra I have ever owned.
Question:	Would part of the Velcro be exposed when in use
Answer:	The padding is minimal, in my opinion. Due to needing to pull the flap down the padding is not thick. I find it very comfortable.
Question:	Does this work for a long, thin neck
