Question:	how long will it last for the battery and how long do it take for it to charge
Answer:	I'm unsure on how long it will last, but I managed to vacuum my couch and two cars in the process with about 25% left of the battery. According to instruction manual, it takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge.
Question:	How can I get replacement hepa film, that goes over the filter? I threw it out by accident? Or do you really need it
Answer:	The instruction manual insert on HEPA filter cleaning that I received says you can request from the seller an extra HEPA film should yours become damaged within the first two years. After that, you can probably go without. It's probably not technically needed, but it's just another layer of filtering that helps, and keeps the main filter insert itself from becoming too dirty.

However, our engineers designed a "bleed valve" located on the handle that when opened, it alleviates the suction power from underneath help reduce the amount of force needed to operate the unit. Question:	What is the maximum capacity for each liquid spills and dirt can it hold up to
Answer:	It isn’t made to vacuum liquids. It may hold a cup or so of dry material. It’s great with sand or dirt in the car. It works well on pet hair, but you have to clean the filter more frequently to maintain suction. It’s easy and takes just a few seconds to pull and brush the filter.
Question:	Can this be used for spiderwebs
Answer:	It certainly works for spider webs, I would recommend to clean the filter afterwards to avoid issues due to the spider web stuck around the filter.

Question:	Is this safe to use on a hardwood floor with no scratching
Answer:	Love it for my floors. That is the whole reason I got it, as my big old Dyson is too cumbersome for getting out quickly for small jobs. I like how it is small and cordless.
Question:	How does this compare with the Hoover stock vac
Answer:	I have never used the Hoover. Until now I’ve used a 1953 Electrolux that remains the best vacuum ever. But I’m severely disabled and maneuvering the old Lux grew to be too much. This vacuum now serves as my only one and is almost as good as the Electrolux. It requires an occasional poke up the plastic tube leading to the dust collector when a large piece gets stuck in there, but otherwise it cleans my home beautifully. (And chases off my four shedding cats as much as the Lux did.)
Question:	Will long wool shedding rug clog this vacuum
Answer:	We have a Pomeranian and her hair doesn't clog this vacuum, but we keep her hair shorter. The longest it gets is 4 inches. I do love it, it picks up so much that I didn't even know was on the floor!!
Question:	does this have 2 speeds
Answer:	It has a roller on and off setting. I just bought my second one. I find this to be an amazing little machine in picking up dog hair on tile or carpet and it is so light I bought another one because the battery only serves about 1/2 of my 2 bedroom house. (It is made for quick pickups and not intended for full house cleaning) I got rid of my other vacuums except for the Shark Navigator for the hose ability. Even that is too heavy for me to use for the whole house.
