Answer:	That is why I got it. I have hardwood floors and the light microfiber "mops", "swishers" and other ones that have a liquid pump required a lot of effort and rubbing to get the smallest spots of dried dirt up. The Pullman had bristles if you are doing soap/water on a ceramic floor...no issues of scratching. If you do a hard wood floor, you place microfiber pads or clothe over the bristles to keep from scratching.

Answer:	this machine only moves dirt from one spot to another. I use it on dry tile with a heavy mat of stone dust that is very much like potters' clay. It has loosened the clay very well for sweeping with a vacuum. I expect using a sudsing agent and a wet vac would clean any thing that a lot of hand scrubbing would do.
Question:	can this be used on laminate floors to avoid streaks
Answer:	Very unhappy with mine. It's just too light to do a good job. Hopefully, you will have better luck, but it doesn't clear up streaks on my laminate floors. Sorry I bought it.

Question:	Is this powerful enough to clean stains off a rock tile floor
Answer:	I didn't notice it slowing down but it certainly wasn't as fast as I expected. I believe I could have scrubbed that quickly on my own!!

Answer:	I doubt the motor in this is up to that kind of task even if they did make a brass-wire head for it. Plus - all plastic contruction = NOT GOOD for that kind of heavy duty application.
Question:	If free returns are guaranteed, why are people having so much trouble returning it
Answer:	I used my brush only on grout. It does not have steel bristles, but if used harshly, I would guess that it could tear up caulk.
Question:	Is this scrubber powerful enough to deep clean
Answer:	It’s the shape of the bristles according to the manufacturer. One is rounded and one is v shape. I never noticed and just purchased the grout and corner scrubber. Perhaps the ease of use on a more flat surface is the reason.

Answer:	The small one is just under 2 inches & the larger one is slightly under 4 inches. The smaller one was perfect for my bathroom sink and my stove burners. I used the larger one for my bathtub. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Corded drills are NOT recommended, i assumed a corded drill would work fine (just a little less convenient and maybe dangerous in wet areas) however i just happened to noticed on the Driilbrush website FAQs (https://www.drillbrush.com/faqs/) they anwered NO to this question: Q: Can I use this drill brush in a corded drill? Answer:	Does Ideal on tile and porcelain. Used it on kitchen/bath floors and around tub and sink. I also got this - Fugenial "Fuginator" Tile joint brush for use in the bathroom, kitchen and the rest of the household - Effectively cleans tile joints and removes superficial mold - Blue (universal cleaning). Even stiffer than the other one for really bad stuff. That second one is arm powered only, but has done me great, especially for outside tiled areas.

Answer:	It's not very big so I don't think it would be efficient to use on the tub/shower unless you're using it to just clean grout. I use it on my kitchen counters and tile floors; it's basically useless for large and flat surfaces.

Question:	Does the machine sucks up the dirty water as
Answer:	No. You spray the cleaner on the floor and use the machine to scrub or polish. If you use the buffer pads over the brushes, they will absorb some of the moisture. I find this is the best machine I've owned for getting the floors really clean. I vacuum first then I spray some wood cleaning liquid or tile cleaner and sometimes, I dab it dry with a rag. The cleaning really lasts and I like that.

Answer:	It is very light and feels more like a toy. I bought it to clean my grout but was very disappointed and how cheap it seemed. I returned it.
