Answer:	Certainly you can close the door if you were always able to close the door before. You may want to spray some WD-40 on the top of the door hanger When you first close the door with it on there but it should fit fine and close.

Answer:	The picture of the box that has the packets in it has a picture of a white packet. However, the packets are really brown. The taste is awful. Last time I ordered was in Nov 2020. I really like the white packets and believed that is what I was getting. To advertise a clearly white packet on the box is deceiving and false advertising. Because they are not returnable, I am out $30.00. I really feel I should get a refund.

Answer:	It fits perfectly. No issues at all for standard US doors, they don't jam at all. Don't know the exact thickness of the metal but for sure it's been design keeping the standards in mind.
Question:	How far down dies it hang once on the door? My mom needs one that hangs down a bit to reach the towels
Answer:	Well, the top hook connects at 9" from the top of the door and slants upward to 6 1/2" from the top of the door. The lower hook connects at 10" from the top of the door and curves upward to 9 1/2". Hope that helps. I am about 5' 3" and it works quite easily for me. Debbie

Answer:	The hook fits the door at 1and 3/4 .But I did not use the door for my hook .I use my closet door .Because the space between my door and the door frame was not a big enough openinglike my closet door .

Answer:	You ay want to consider metal hooks for this or two of these. I have several of these hooks for clothes and have been very pleased. I am not sure if they would hold up to that sort of weight over the long haul.
