Answer:	No, it does not have a volume control.

Answer:	I frequently use these for phone calls. On this same product page, when you look at all the color options, you'll also notice that there is a version with a mic and one without. Obviously, the one with the mic will work fine for calls, but at least on an iPhone, the one without a mic can also work -- I can't say this with certainty, but I think when you plug in non-mic earbuds, the phone activates the same built-in mic it uses when you talk on speakerphone.

Answer:	I use my (hybrid road) bike daily with these on, cycling 10 to 17 miles per day. They work well for me, and stay on. You can change the rubber end to find the best ear fit. My wife keeps on borrowing mine. So I bought two more, one for her, and another as extra. These are very good earbuds for the price.

Answer:	Seriously? In this price-range do you really expect to slay anything larger and more fierce than a human infant? For the purposes of taking down a dragon, I'd go with the magnum of earbuds, the SHURE KSE1500. If that's out of your reach, maybe try the Sennheiser HD800 S. But no matter which weapon you choose, it's nothing without the proper ammunition. So be sure to stock your arsenal with the right ammo. • It is very nicely balanced with good clean bass, smooth midrange, and satisfyingly bright highs (without being harsh at all). By the way, the bass is not overpowering at all: it's just natural. But on tracks with heavier bass, or when boosted with an EQ, the ZSTs handle it with aplomb.

How to connect?

Complaint: These earphones have no BASS! I should have bought anything else.

Answer: 1.A proper seal is important to get good based from IEMs. Somebody were able to get a good seal with the rubber tips. If want to get more better isolation and bass response, you can try the foam tips on earbuds. (5mm Comply foam tips). 2.If you want more better sound, you can always tweak that on your soundboard EQ.

Complain: These headphones won't stay in my ears.

Answer: Part of the cord is the "hold shape" type cord for a reason. if you have it "hanging" down from your ears you are wearing the earphones incorrectly. You probably need to swap the L and R cables... now get the cable so it exits the earphone "upwards" towards the top front of your ears. the "hold shape" cord will then wrap around the top of your ears. This is a very "stable" shape. and will hold even during rigorous activities.

Complain: Detaches from earbud.

One of earbuds is no working? Take it easy, maybe the earbud in mono mode .

Please try to reset the earbuds as below operation:

1. Disconnect the Bluetooth pairing and delete the Bluetooth connection record on the your device. Switch off the Bluetooth function of your phone.

2. Put the Bluetooth wireless earbuds back into the charging box and long press the left and right earbuds for 15 seconds.

3. After while, open the charging case’s cover, the wireless earphones will automatically turn on and pair with each other again.

4. Turning on your device Bluetooth function, choose the "F9" in your pairing list to connect again.

If it still does not work, please try several times to be successful.
