Answer:	I had trouble labeling the parts at first. Once properly id’ed they fit together properly. It would be helpful if the manufacturer identified the pieces for the user! Once assembled properly, the parts fit and the tree is stable.
Question:	Just received mine. my part a does not have a smaller end to fit into part b and part b had to many holes

Answer:	I received mine and looks like it would fit up to maybe a 20" tree with wiggle room for climbing.
