Answer:	Yes, it is. I don't recommend the dishwasher, though. Dishwasher detergent can be so caustic and these scoops are the type of tool that can suffer with repeated dishwasher cycles. I've had too many "dishwasher safe" products just lose their edge, so I don't take the chance with these. Answer:	The answer depends on your specific toaster oven. This would probably not fit in a small toaster oven. I have a larger convection/toaster oven, & this mold (based on its specifications of 11" x 11") should fit inside.
