Answer:	Yes you could do that, but I think it would defeat the purpose of having a product that unmixed needs no special storage and has unlimited shelf life. Whereas once water is added, and the product does contain a form of coconut sugar, there may be a chance of spoilage. Additionally I would think you would need a larger container if you chose to hydrate the entire contents.

Answer:	Yes, sugar is added, and the price is a ridiculous amount to pay for sugar. Get straight peanut powder instead and add your own sugar, if you want to.

Answer:	It contains both roasted soybeans and soybean oil.

Answer:	It usually has some separated oil on top when I first open it. After stirring the oil in with the thicker product at the bottom of the container it stays more or less together. I find that it is generally more runny than peanut butter, though how runny it is tends to vary from batch to batch.

Answer:	I emailed the company and received this response:"Thank you for your inquiry. I am sorry, but the one tablespoon serving size is a typo. It should be 2 tablespoons. I have forwarded this issue to our packaging department so that we can correct this. So, it should be 36-37 servings (at 2 tablespoons each) and each serving should be 54 calories. Apparently they don't have to be approved by the FDA, they just have to be "compliant", meaning the label contains all the required information. So I guess they made a mistake.

Answer:	I'm not the manufacturer, just a consumer. I've used both products. Agreed that pb2 is less expensive. Personally, I think the taste of the Just Great Stuff is head and shoulders above that of pb2, which makes it worth it for me. I can't recall if pb2 has no GMO's. Just Great Stuff is all natural with no GMOs. Another plus since I give it to my daughter. Hope this is helpful.

Answer:	I think the PB2 and this taste pretty much the same. Looks like the sugars are a tad higher here and the fiber a tad lower here, which sounds worse, but I think the JGS is much healthier because it is organic so no GMOs, no pesticides, etc. and the JGS uses organic coconut sugar and sea salt instead of conventional sugar and salt. So I did switch, but up to you. :)
