Question:	How do you set lights to one specific mode? Our are on a continuous cycle of all 8 modes
Answer:	Press the small button on the plug in. The round button blends in well because it’s black like the plug in. Look closely. You simply press it to find the mode you want. I change the mode on my lights every few days. Enjoy.
Question:	How do I get the to turn back on? It’s like they died or something... I ordered 3 and non of them work
Answer:	Are you using the small button on the remote to put them on and off and in all different modes? I have three and they all work perfectly, but it did take me time to realize about the small button on the remote control.

Answer:	yes, thats correct, the lead cable of the icicle ligths is 16.4ft/5m. with the extreme long cable, you can plug the lights anywhere you like
Question:	The Amazon description says you can link up to 3 strings. The paperwork in the box states "Do not connect this set electrically to another set
Answer:	paperwork means do not connect the icicle lights with other different kind of lights strings such as net lights, string lights etc. . the lights only can connect with the same type lights, you can connect up to 3 icicle lights .
Question:	How do I change the modes? Nothing changes when I push the button, it turns green to set the timer but that's it
Answer:	Half press the button to change modes.
Question:	can the bulbs be replaced with a different color
Answer:	The bulbs are hard wired and cannot be replaced

Important Notes

• The plug is not waterproof, please protect it from exposing to water.
• White bucket is to fix the main power cord line, which can not be cut, otherwise the dripping string lights will be separate.

Timer Function

• Long press the button on the adapter about 3s , the indicator light turn green, then the timer activated(The icicle lights will come on for 6 hours and turn off for 18 hours each day.)
• If the indicator light is always green, then the timer will always be on, whether it is switching modes or cutting off the power.
• If want to cancel timer, long press the button for 3s again, you can see that the green lights on the button goes off and the timer was canceled.

Question:	How many would I need for a 7 1/2 ft tree
Answer:	This wire is tiny: 20 gauge. The lights are thin too. All in all it's very light weight as it's just a string of A9 Christmas tree lights. Although ordinary desk stapler staples would be good enough, weight-wise, staples are not a really good idea; try to not die or burn anything down (even with that fuse it's a bad idea). Suggestion: run a strand of wall/ceiling colored stout thread or fishing line, and clip the lights to that line. No stress on the wiring and many fewer holes in that wall you just patched and painted.
Question:	Love these lights! But strange, but cool effect happens... I click mine off around 11 at night, I happen to get up 3 hours later they are "glowing
Answer:	I was going to leave them up all year... and no not Dimmable, but I just unscrewed every other bulb when it's too bright

Answer:	No. Not even close. The bulb does not seal the socket opening, and the wiring cap over the other end of the socket is just pressed on. If hung loosely enough for the bulbs to pull downward, the plastic sockets should shed water pretty well. It's foolish to have such cheap wiring out in the rain where someone could touch it. For that you need to spend some money.
