Question:	does it work with an imac desktop
Answer:	Same thing happened to me. I tried to connect it to 2 different MacBook Pro laptops and the device kept making grinding noises, unable to read the dvd. The dvd was stuck for over 20 minutes and I kept tapping the top of the device (as instructed) before it finally ejected the disc. Neither MacBook was compatible with this device. Waste of time and money. :(

Q: CD was stuck

A: 1. As insufficient power supply, the dvd drive should be connected with USB port on laptop rather than connect with USB HUB. In addition, please connect the item with USB port behind of computer host if you use a desktop.

2.Check the cd is unwounded and not out of shape.

3.Eject cd by clicking eject button on computer.

Q: Driver cannot be recognized by computer or it cannot play cd well

A: 1,The dvd drive should be connected with USB port on laptop rather than connect with USB HUB. In addition, please connect the item with USB port behind of computer host if you use a desktop.

2. Ensure cd is placed well and not scratched.

3. Ensure there is a build-in practical driver software. Or try it with another computer.

4.Setting area code according to different regions. Please reset area code according to different regions as the steps: Right-click to choose "attribute"; Click the DVD Drive that you are using from "hardware"; Choose related regions from "DVD region"; save and finish.

Q: Making Noisy

Answer:	This doesn't come with any adapters, it's a USB only plug. If your system cannot use a USB plug for a headset it won't work. For use with Xbox, it has to be licensed by Microsoft, and I don't know if this one is.

2.Check the cd is unwounded and not out of shape.

3.Eject cd by clicking eject button on computer.

Q: Driver cannot be recognized by computer or it cannot play CD/DVD well
