Answer:	I have lost mine yesterday and the food jar leaks. So I called Thermos consumer 1-800-8319242 which is very helpful once you have the item no. ready. The ring costs $1/pc + the shipping. You can only order max. 5 pc at a time. Hope it will last sometime.

Answer:	You can with some improv DIY crafting. This mirror comes with the legs so it's hoisted up like shown- and it's a great mirror! If you want to mount a full length mirror to a wall, I would suggest the oval ones IKEA carries, they look awesome and are very easy to hang.

Answer:	Email them. I had to get a replacement lid as well because they sent me 2 of one kind but left out one kind. They were very good and quickly shipped me out an entirely new bottle with all the correct lids. There was a business card included with the bottle saying if you had any issues to contact them.

Answer:	I find that it only leaks when I fill it with ice and water and leave it closed for a couple hours I think it is the pressure but I could be wrong

Where can I get a replacement lid? My son dropped his and the lid shattered...second time he used it

I drop mine a lot. That's why i started buying metal ones, they just dent instead of shattering like the plastic ones do. Mine didn't dent until the 15th or 20th drop. It was a 24oz bottle filled with ice water and I dropped it in my driveway and it just so happened to land on the edge. It still stays upright, it's just a wee bit wobbly. I bought a second one, and the top part had changed. It was now smaller. Honestly, I'm not really bothered by the change. My ice cubes still fit. I drink about a gallon of water a day, and I have owned about 50 water bottles of varying sizes and shapes. This is my favorite.

Answer:	I drop mine a lot. That's why i started buying metal ones, they just dent instead of shattering like the plastic ones do. Mine didn't dent until the 15th or 20th drop. It was a 24oz bottle filled with ice water and I dropped it in my driveway and it just so happened to land on the edge. It still stays upright, it's just a wee bit wobbly. I bought a second one, and the top part had changed. It was now smaller. Honestly, I'm not really bothered by the change. My ice cubes still fit. I drink about a gallon of water a day, and I have owned about 50 water bottles of varying sizes and shapes. This is my favorite.

Answer:	We have had ours for three years. No leaks with three different sizes. We have the screw top lid. No straw kids. My kids are rough with them too. Getting more because these are such quality water bottles.
