Answer:	There are only six, but there are 4 different levels for each of the six. I was a bit confused by this also, and they are a bit deceptive to advertise 24 different modes. You just go to a mode selector (the "M") and as you click it you will see the numbers `1,2,3,4 appear. That will enable you to select the mode level you find best for you.

Answer:	It will be a Lifetime warranty if purchased direct or from their Amazon store, and you register within a 30 day period. You must contact them for an RMA and You must pay cost of shipping unit to Ca. and include a $11.99 return shipping fee. Not that great of a warranty after all. IMHO. For a few dollars more you can purchase a new unit. I suspect that's what their counting on.

Answer:	It depends on which ones you get. My unit came with 1 package of 4. They lasted about 3 to 4 uses. (But I will have them on all day) If you buy more gel pads, get the brand that comes in your kit. The cheaper ones tend to be very sticky and the gel comes off on your hands and leaves a residue on your body. They don’t last as long.

I am going to run through a few suggested troubleshooting options for you, then offer you our Customer Therapy Support line for more trouble shooting and warranty options. We want to make this right for you. 1. When plugging in the lead wires to channel 1 and/or 2, make sure that they are fully pushed down. The post of the plug should be all the way in. 2. Make sure the Pins of the lead wires are fully pushed into the pig tail connector of the lead wires. No bare metal should be visible. 3. Electrodes should be placed a minimum of 2" apart and a maximum or 6" 4. Make sure the skin where your pads are being placed is clean and free of oils, lotions and excess hair. These will limit the pads from making a full connection and closing the circuit. If the circuit is not "closed" the device does have a safety feature that will shut it off to prevent injury. Lower Back

Attach both pads on the lower back with the backbone in the center. Do not place on the backbone or the spine.

Shoulder

Attach both pads on the shoulder according to your pain.

Hip/Thigh

Attach both pads on either side of the area with pain.

Upper Arm - Elbow

Attach both pads on either side of the region or joint where you feel pain.

Ankle – Foot

Attach pads on the left for pain on the outside of your ankle/foot. Attach the pads on the right for pain on the inside of your ankle/foot. (Do not place on the bottom of both feet at the same time).

Calf

Attach both pads on the calf/leg where you feel pain. (Do not place electrode pads on both legs at the same time).

Knee

Attach both pads above the knee or above and below the joint with pain.

Sciatic

Attach one pad below and above the region in pain, both on the same side (not on the spine).

Question:	Sciatica. for those that are using this for this nightmare. may i ask where you are putting the pads? which setting? any help would be much appreciate
Answer:	I put one pad on the back of my leg, slightly off center about 4 inches below my butt, where the sciatic nerve is. The second pad is placed right over the bine in my butt. I use the kneading setting on 2 ton3 ish for 70 mins several times a day or when the pain hit's. You're right. Its a nightmare pain.
Question:	how many levels of intensity does the tens unit have
Answer:	Levels are not numeric, but as you increasr the intensity, bars appear at the bottom of the screen. So, with pads in place, as the bars appear and intensity reaches where you want, you are done. This may incread or decreas as you feel it. Also time is a factor. Answer:	I have actually gone to Amazon and got generic lead wires you can also get the Avuon cords. Just type it in and it will pop up for ya. I always have extra on hand. They are not expensive so order a couple of bags. I hope this helps.

Question:	Are the cables made of lead like one customer claims
Answer:	No. That is very VERY unlikely. Someone has misinterpreted the specifications here. Short Explanation: Lead is a poor electrical conductor vs Copper (more than 10 times less conductivity than copper), and wouldn't be durable over time if someone attempted to create flexible wire leads for the contact pads using lead instead of copper. Longer explanation: Lead cannot be used to make electrical wires because it's a much poorer conductor of electricity, has a very low melting point ,and also is more fragile than copper, (which has melting point above 1000 degrees), whereas the melting point of Lead is below 350 degrees. Further, copper is a very ductile metal, while still being strong. Ductility is a material's ability to deform under tensile stress. This is often characterized by the material's ability to be stretched into a wire. Ductility is especially important in metalworking because materials that crack or break under stress cannot be hammered, rolled, or drawn (drawing is a process that uses tensile forces to stretch metal). Lead is far less ductile than copper, and would be very difficult to form into a thin wire that's not also fragile. Copper has a higher ductility than all alternate metal conductors used in industry, with the exception of gold and silver. Because of copper’s high ductility, it is easy to draw down to tiny diameters with very close tolerances, and this is precisely the type of thin, (yet strong) wire that's needed for the conductors on a product like this. Usually, the stronger a metal is, the less pliable/flexible it is. However, this is not the case with copper. A unique combination of high strength and high ductility makes copper ideal for wiring systems. Answer:	A battery comes with the unit. I'm really not sure how long the battery lasts as I don't use it continuously and our recharger is old and doesn't work efficiently. Sorry.

Answer:	Both channels can be set to tens or both to end. You can use a single channel at a time also.

Answer:	I bought this straight out as my hubby has a bum back between l4 and l5 - this thing seriously does the trick he could be hunched over in pain put this on and within 15 minutes he is not pain free but he can actually move himself around - I was scared to use it myself as my back is messed up from the neck to the tailbone and one night i was in so much pain i could not sleep so i put it on and went thru the first 15 minutes and then turned it back on and needless to say i woke up several hours later so i had gotten comfortable enough to fall asleep within the next 15 minute run cycle

Answer:	1 wire leads to "A" lead and splits into 2 contacts for 2 pads. A second wire can be used for "B" lead also with 2 contacts. You can use up to 4 contact pads on the same setting or you can adjust 2 pads with 1 setting and 2 pads with another setting in a separate location.

Answer:	I finally found the answer. This is a newer model available starting in 2018. The other one was 2016. This one also has a couple more pads and other stuff.
