Question:	Is this too big for preschooler
Answer:	I don’t think it’s too big for a preschooler. My son always ate a lot at every age. They might have a hard time with the latched depending on age and dexterity, though. My only beef with the design is the bottom part is not dishwasher safe because the latch hinges will rust. :(
Question:	Will the sandwich dry out if left in the box overnight? Is it leak proof
Answer:	I have not left a sandwich in the box overnight. I make the sandwiches in the morning, and they are fine 4 to 6 hours later. It probably also depends on what sort of bread you use. They seal up pretty tightly, but definitely not leakproof.
Question:	Why did the bento boxes not say what countries are made in
Answer:	This was a sticking point for me, not wanting anything from the CCP, so I did a little more research. They’re made in India, if that helps.
Question:	Do these have a good seal? Or will they leak like other all-steel bento kits
Answer:	Hi thanks for the question. Damp/Moist foods (like salads, pasta, fruit) work great in our lunch box. Our bento lunch box includes a pod/nesting container that is perfect for thick sauces like hummus and yogurt. However, our all-stainless steel lunch box has no plastics or synthetic materials of any kind. Without plastics or other synthetic materials, it is NOT possible to create a 100% leak-proof seal (So Skip The Soup!). However, you can feel good knowing that your lunch will be free of toxic plastics leaching into your food - we think that's a pretty good tradeoff!

Question:	Is this safe for warming up in toaster ovens
Answer:	Yes and no. It’s metal so it will get very hot, but you can do it (not the lid). You’d want something to use as an oven mitt to protect yourself, but the container itself can handle the heat fine.

Answer:	Yes and no. The separate little compartments allow liquid to flow around since there’s a tiny bit of space between the bottom and walls. The silicone cups that are included are meant for liquids or softer foods you don’t want scooting around the bento box. But over all - the lid does a great job of not allowing things to leak from the box itself

If you eat like a bear, even this large size might be too small. That said, most will find it’s a perfect size to pack a nice size lunch.The following are the capacity dimensions for the Bklyn Bento box:Bottom Compartment holds 2 1/8 CupsMiddle Compartment holds 2 CupsTop Compartment holds 1 1/8 CupsIt’s also worth noting that just like you; I too love a good hot bowl of soup every now and then. Unfortunately, this Bento Box is not built to hold liquids (sorry about that). That’s because we chose not to use any plastic or rubber sealant, and therefor it’s Not Leak Proof (no issues with moist foods like cottage cheese, fruit, salad dressing, etc.). The trade-off to not being Liquid Leak Proof is our Bklyn Bento box is 100% FREE of all Plastic, PVC and PBAs.We feel that’s a good trade off. Question:	Can you fit an ice pack in the bag? Even though the bag is insulated, what actually would keep the food at a safe temp other than an ice pack
Answer:	You could fit an ice pack in the bag outside the actual box. Nothing else would keep it cold. I would not call the bag insulated. It is a foam type polyester feeling material. If you had a small flat ice pack it could possibly fit in one of the compartments. One thing it does not fit are prepackaged fruit cups or applesauce which is disappointing bc liquids leak. I just throw them in the bag. Hope this helps.
