Answer:	Short answer is yes. The ones I have measure 5.5 inches tall, 9.5 x 10.75 approximately. These are inside measurements. Four water bottles along the longer side is a little tight and 3 bottles along the shorter side us generous. You can easily have a dozen water bottles in it. Travel mugs vary so much in size, hard to say how many it would hold. These baskets are sturdy so the weight should not be a problem.
