Answer:	Manufacturer says the height of each basket 4 inches (not 6.25 inches) and that assembled Height is 10.63 both baskets together. Seller's description has each basket as 6.25 but they are only 4 inches each basket and then 2.63 of space between the 2 baskets making a total of 10.63 inches height. So it's 14.63 L x 9 W x 10.63 H when assembled and for 2 baskets put together.

Question:	The description says that i need "18 inches" for the 17 but i don't have that. can someone tell me the outside dimensions of the drawer? do i need
Answer:	I just got off the phone with Lynk customer service. The basket is 17" wide butthey tell you 18" just in case there are door hinges that protrude into the opening. Measure across the opening and include any door hinges that stick out from the sides of the opening. If the opening is less than 17 1/2 inches you should have plenty of room.
Question:	has anyone installed on the upper shelf of a lower cabinet? I installed them on the "floor" of the cabinet, want them on shelf above too
Answer:	I've only installed them on the floor of the cabinet. You'd have to have some sort of side wooden lip of the upper area that you can screw in the sliders into before you can install.
Question:	My bottom shelves have a 1/2" lip where the face of the cabinet meets the shelf. The shelf is actually recessed down 1/2" Will these work for me
Answer:	Unfortunately the bottom rails when extended are approximately 1/8" above the base. I had a similar problem since my cabinets had a 1/4" lip. I solved it by cutting two each 1/4" X 2" strips of Poplar bought from my local Do It Yourself store. For you I would use 1/2" X 2" - easy fix and by the way - you will really like using the roll out drawers.

Answer:	I have the 2-tier under sink trays, 11.5" W, 18" D -- it slides out 11.5", leaving 7.5" still recessed, making it 2/3 pullout which is not as accessible as "full" pullout.Many kitchen cabinet slider trays (for 18" or 24" deep cabinets) have "full" extension slides, though. Answer:	Hello, thank you for your question. The bins/drawers are not sold seperately.
Question:	Will a ten gallon fish tank sit on top
Answer:	I would suggest you not put a 10 gallon fish tank on top of the dresser. You can place lighter objects, like a clock, light, books. But I would not put a 10 gallon fish tank on the top of the drawers.
Question:	No instructions came with this. Are they available online? This is highly frustrating
Answer:	I don't know if they are online. You should have received the insert that had picture instructions. That was still challenging but with really studying the pictures, I figured it out. At one point I had to undo several steps because I did one incorrectly but finally got it together. It was worth the frustration as I really like the organizer.
Question:	How much weight will it hold? I have cats and want to make sure they won't break it if they jump on it
Answer:	Thank you for your question. We do not have a suggested weight limit. We receommend light weight items and to use your judgement if you think something may be too heavy. Cats should be okay, but not something like a large TV. I hope that helps.

Drawer is extremely small. I decided to dump it in the trash, so I can't help u with the meadurements. I love all the Joseph Joseph stuff, but this purchase was quite a disappointment.

Answer:	All the drawers are 3.5 inches deep and 1.5 inches tall. The even-sized drawers are 4.5 inches wide and the uneven-sized drawers are 6.25 inches wide and 2.25 inches wide.

Answer:	There are plates on the back. Screw two holes into the wall, leaving a couple milimeters between the wall and the head of the screw. Align the plates on the back with the screws in the wall and hook. I hope that makes sense!
Question:	How much weight can these hold? Want to use for a water pic and electric toothbrush, et al
Answer:	I don't know how much the included hardware would hold. We used sturdier anchors and just screwed them directly through the back of each shelf to the wall. We have multiple large bottles of mouthwash and lotion on one and more lotion and big bottles of hair gel on another and I know they could hold more. If you don't think you will move them around once mounted, I would do something like we did. We love ours.
