Answer:	The machine will not store ice. I leave my on constantly, so the ice it makes overnight is still good for in the morning.

Answer:	The cupcake plate does not come out. The cooking plates are coated with non-stick cooking surface, therefore little cleaning is required. Simply wipe cooking plates over with a damp cloth.
