Answer:	I’ve had no problem with the focus on my ceiling... and I don’t think it is adjustable. Maybe there is a protective film covering the projector. You may have to return it.

Answer:	Assuming the clock can receive the signal from the US atomic clock, it should work in the mountains. The clocks have a time-zone setting on them.

Answer:	it is supposed to, but we would have to take it to another part of the house to pick up the radio signal. We just change the time zone back and forth from mountain time to pacific time. Much easier than resetting the clock every six months!

We assume that your clock has been searching for WWVB signal for time calibration, which happens after you reset the clock or at midnight. The projection and the backlight will resume once the calibration is complete. You can long press the "-" button to stop the clock searching time signal.
