Answer:	It seems very sturdy, whether it will hold up to that quantity of meat I am not sure. I am very pleased with it for the purpose I use it for, which is slicing lunch meats.

Answer:	You can make a 7 inch slice. I make venision chip steak with it and it slices very nice.
Question:	Can you cut Frozen meat
Answer:	I haven't used it on frozen meat yet, but I can imagine after using it on refrigerated meat, it will work well on frozen meat also. You will have to go a little slower and not let it bog down, but I am planning on freezing my sirloin tip roasts before I cut next time to get a more consistent cut for making jerky. I am going to let it thaw a bit first before attempting it.

Answer:	I would not recommend it for slicing bread . Buy a bread slicer or a bread knife. It is a commercial grade meat slicer. It is great for deli meats. or even if you want to make jerky , just make sure your raw meat is partly frozen or very chilled.

Answer:	Why would it not? Prop 65 is related to safe drinking water. Are you asking if this device will give you cancer? I imagine the risk comes from the items you slice with it, as opposed to this.

Answer:	We have not had any problems slicing harder meats. However you like it from thin to thick, this slicer has been amazing! Meats, cheeses slice great.

Answer:	Yes we use it to slice meats for jerky. We like the thin cut capability vs the thick with some jerky. Also use for making cheese slices

Answer:	The blade is not serrated for bread. the max thickness is about 3/8". I would not recommend it for bread. It does a good job on cooked meats. I have cut firm cheese and for that it works best with a spray of Pam on the blade so it doesn't stick.

Answer:	I've never used it like that but I would guess that if the meat is only slightly frozen you wouldn't have a problem. Just be careful when you slide the meat through the slicer.

Answer:	I slice bread every day. It works great. You can adjust the thickness, have to put the protection part on the machine, your bread on to it, hold the 2 buttons down and lightly push the bread forward. It does very thin to thick slices with ease. Once you have the machine in front of you it nearly explains itself.

Answer:	I think cooked chicken sliced across the grain would work best. That thing is super sharp.

Answer:	I use Quill Standard Staples for use in all standard staplers. I do have to say this stapler is NOT for someone that has hand issues. I love it but it is very hard to staple with.

Answer:	Minor CTS but mostly lack of strength rather than pain. The Sparco isn't difficult to squeeze and is not hard on the hands, though the last bit of "hit", where it actually bends the ends of the staple, does require a bit of firmness. I don't have pain issues, however, so I can't speak from that perspective. I got it mostly because I find it easier to reach and grab the stapler rather than reach over and push down on a stapler, or picking it up and squeezing it with my hands. Answer:	I don’t know if it’s right or not, but mine too is loose and moves around a bit. However, in my opinion it’s helpful when cleaning the mandoline, because pieces of vegetables or fruit inevitably become stuck around that area. The movement of the clear part makes it easier to clean.

Answer:	it has 3 settings. The first setting is paper thin, about 1/16. Second setting is 1/8 inch thick and the third setting is about 3/16 inch thick.

Answer:	Yes. It is awesome! Use the #2 or #3 setting. When you get close to the end USE THE HOLDER!!! This is a razor blade. People who report slicing fingers were foolish. When I was done slicing a potato I had two dime size nubs left. One from the start and one from the end. If you want longer chips slice on the bias/45° angle. Be careful and USE THE HOLDER!!!
Question:	What is the difference between dash safe slice mandolin and the zacharian one
Answer:	I tried a zucchini. Since the hand guard is only half the length of the zucchini, only the part of the zucchini that is under the hand guard gets cut. I just turned the zucchini around every few slices to even it out and do the other half, but I didn't get any slices as long as the zucchini. It slices so thin, though, that the zucchini is delicious. I hand jullienned the slices for "pasta".

Answer:	I haven't done sweet potatoes. For white potatoes, most are too long to fit under the lid. If you cut them in half, you can cut them using either of the dicing blades. But for me, the large dice makes very big fries, and the small dice also makes a weird size - smaller than most fries.

Answer:	I'm replacing my old, 1960's era slicer which I bought 20 years ago and as far as I know it's never been sharpened, and still cuts great. It has steel gears and a removable motor and is still in working shape, but has seen better days.

Answer:	I use it to cut cheese all of the time and have not had any blade bending or warping, the blade gets thicker the further you get from the edge till it is about 1/4 to 1/2" thick I want to say. Now for the motor slowing, yes, but unless you look at high end restraint slicers I think you will run into slowing on all of them.
