Answer:	Unfortunately, no. The roller switch is on the cord close to the unit, and there is a pilot light.I have found that if you put milk in your coffee, it can form a 'skin' on top, especially as you get near the bottom.

Answer:	Laurie, the actual heating portion is almost 3.75" A mug with 4.5 inch base would be way too big for this to keep warm.

Answer:	24 watts is much higher than most other even more expensive warmers. Most are 14 w to 18 w. I bought this one a few years ago and I don't think I would what a warmer to get hotter. If you need your coffee to stay piping hot for hours you're drinking it too slowly. Prolonged heating at that level will scorch it.

Answer:	The temperature is 104 degrees. I do not believe it deform your cup. If you place the cup in the dishwasher you will have no issues on this setting.

Answer:	I use the Vobaga warmer to maintain temperature of coffee in Corelle 11 oz. mugs which have an indent on the bottom. It does a great job.

Answer:	NO!!!!! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! This can only be used with ceramic, metal, or other heat proof cups. There is a warning on the slip in the box that states this. It has 3 heat settings and even on the coolest (lukewarm at best), I wouldn't place a plastic cup of any kind on it. This is one of the best coffee warmers I've ever owned. I can even keep my soup hot on it on the highest setting.

It gets hot enough to boil water quick, things brown in thefry pan etc. I am disabled and it is on my kitchen table and used at least five nights a week. Answer:	You should address this to the manufacturer not the customer. The pot is in stainless steel and works great.
Question:	How long does it take to warm up
Answer:	Yes in terms of maximum (to the brim) yield of steamed rice, and it specifies that you thus start with 10 cups of uncooked rice. I have one and it is very big. To respond to your query I just now poured 20 cups of water into it and that fills it to the very top ridge with cups of water as the measuring unit. I would recommend you would not want to make 20 cups of finished steamed rice but maybe 18 cups to the very max. But maybe you could do 20 cups and it would be great! I think a lot of people complain about this and other rice cookers spurting water while cooking so have some space around it for that possibility ESPECIALLY if you're cooking toward the upper limits. I actually cook MUCH smaller amounts of rice but wanted the largest one to help avert problems with the spurting while boiling/steaming the rice, but the spurting doesn't bother me as I factor it in when setting up the rice cooker.
Question:	can you put appetizers directly onto the tray or do they have to be in a dish
Answer:	If it’s stay plug after cooking it turn to warm mode.If you want to turn off with out unplugging you should use a smart outlet control of your phone ,used a timing off outlet or use switch for the outlet.

Answer:	Maybe. Since the ratio of brown rice to water is about 1 cup rice: 2 cup water the volume of pot is maxed out prior to cooking. Water and brown rice is full to the top. If you cook more than 1 cup brown rice you should get a larger capacity cooker. The measuring cup supplied with the cooker is 6 ounces full, rather than standard US 8 ounce cup of measurement.

Answer:	The insert measures 6" across by 2 1/2 deep, Total dimensions of the cooker is 8 1/2 tall by 5 1/2 across. This is a mini rice cooker enough for 2 cups of rice for two. I like it because I do not have any left over rice.

Answer:	Sticky mess? You must rinse the dry rice in water, until the water is clear. This removes the starchy powder which causes your cooked rice problem. —Buy the correct type of rice for your needs. Be aware of the labels on the packaging. Medium grain rice is ‘sticky rice’ like in sushi. Long grain rice is the soft fluffy kind.
